As we near the closing of not only this year but also the closing of this decade, I find myself steeped in observation and dreams for the future. These dreams that are driving my soul into my work and continuously give me strength to stand freely in my power. I, like many of you, am in that space of reviewing what has happened and what I am working towards as I consider this decade. As I recall my own history over the last decade one word, an experience really, stands out: Growth. It is humbling to recall the subtle shifts that have taken place over each day of the last 10 years which have slowly evolved into this massive transformation in my own personal timeline. These individual moments have informed and shaped this experience of growth and continues to do so. As I approach this new decade, this new opportunity for the slow transformation of becoming, I choose to remain open to what is being revealed to me. I choose to accept the gifts of this community and to share my gifts freely with each of you. I am dedicated to holding space for your transformation and your own revelations of your strengths and your power. As we all step into this next decade together I encourage you each to observe your own history with gratitude and compassion, knowing this moment is only possible because of the moments you have been lived.
